Default A/Me Deadly Paradox Sin

I recently happened upon a Sin in AB that used Deadly Paradox with Dancing Daggers, Entangling Asp and Sig of Toxic Shock. He said it worked very well for him, so I decided to try out the build in PvE. I used it in Gyala Hatchery with heroes and henchies and didn't have any problems. It seems if there were to be a problem, it would be the lack of protection that I have. Here's what it looks like:

Channeling
Deadly Paradox
Dancing Daggers
Entangling Asp
Sig of Toxic Shock
Shadow Sanctuary
Energy Drain (elite)
Res Signet

It does a great deal more damage than my previous build, albeit that one was designed to live through anything (A/D mystic regen and crit strikes), and not necessarily kill quickly. I decided to make the switch b/c I figured with Tahlkora, Sister Tai and Aeson, there'd be enough healing to keep me healthy. Shadow Sanctuary is especially nice b/c the Blind effect doesn't harm me.

What do you guys think? And what kind of equipment should I use? I have some nice daggers, but I don't think they're very useful with this build.

[skill=text]Assassin's Promise[/skill] can take over the job of both channeling and e-drain, and [skill=text]Augury of Death[/skill] can be the last skill. A blood hench can help with energy too but I'm not sure if the AI even bothers using Blood Ritual on sins.

For equipment, well sadly there are no wands/foci for deadly arts. So pretty much any staff, with +energy or health should do.

Hah, that would be funny. All of my skills would then be in Deadly Arts except for Shadow Sanctuary. Is this something that happens often?

I'm not sure if it's the popular option if that's what you mean. I've only used the build in AB. Assassin's Promise would work well in PvE I'm pretty sure, cause you can easily guarantee kills.

Single attribute skillbars are fairly rare too. But you'd likely run a secondary with a hard res.

I ran this build through Raisu Palace and Nahpui with great results:

Deadly Paradox
Assassin's Promise
Crippling Daggers
Dancing Daggers
Entangling Asp
Signet of Toxic Shock
Shadow Sanctuary
Res Signet

I tried Augury instead of Crip Daggers, but it didn't seem very necessary. PVE creatures die very quickly with a pack of 8. For most creatures I really only had to use DP/AP/CD/DD. The bosses would get the added luxury of the rest of the combo. In AB, though, Augury is an obvious must.

As far as Sanctuary goes and a secondary, I can't think of a more useful heal right now. SS gives me +6 regen for 10 seconds. Refuge would give me +9, but I'd have to recast it every four seconds, and that can be a hassle. There are no Monk skills that seemed appealing to me. I haven't looked into Ritualists, though. I thought about Unguent, but it takes way too long to cast.
